THE CRAFT

Pairs of peacocks, worked by hand in antique gold, are placed across the bodice and skirt, as if mid-dance. The sweetheart neckline and the overlapping bodice are outlined in fine gold embroidery, and the sleeves and hem carry matching gold edging. The organza dupatta is sprinkled with tiny sequin florets and ends in tissue patches that echo the kurta.
